PD Pasar Jaya was urged by Jakarta Legislative (DPRD), to further enhance asset values. Especially in term of asset located in strategic regions.
Jakarta DPRD Vice Chairman, Mohamad Taufik disclosed PD Pasar Jaya can already focus on asset values in strategic regions without spending investment cost.
Council Recommends Schools for Renovation"Third party can be involved for managing strategic markets in the capital with principal of mutual benefit," he expressed, Tuesday (1/24).
According to him, market land cooperated by private party could be a commercial building, such as apartment with modern market facility and so on.
"Benefit obtained by PD Pasar Jaya will be returned to build a folk market in the city," he explained.
Taufik added, the peddlers who have been opening business in the market and are cooperated to third party must also be prioritized. "They must get pay attention also," he closed.
