"Honorary employees who have the best score and are old will be prioritized in the first period. The recruitment scheme to all employees in Jakarta will complete within three until five years ahead," he stated.
If the act revision and government regulation on ASN is not discussed and set, the government already has another scheme, namely gubernatorial regulation.
"Its recruitment can be through gubernatorial regulation, considering the civil servant (PNS) who will be retired in three years ahead is about 11,500 people," he closed.
