The recruitment scheme to all employees in Jakarta will complete within three until five years ahead

City Provincial Government has recorded the entire employees of honorary category II who have worked for a long time. 

Jakarta Regional Employment Agency (BKD) Head, Agus Suradika disclosed has reported the data of honorary employees to Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan PB), for appointment as state civil apparatus (ASN).

"Thus far, 11,752 employees have signed a letter of absolute liability (SPM). We're still awaiting the ministry's legal construction on appointment as ASN," disclosed Suradika, when he did a dialogue along with thousands of honorary category II employees at Soemantri Brojonegoro Students Arena, Hl, HR Rasuna Said Kuningan, South Jakarta, Sunday (2/5).

If the ministry approves it, verification stage and recruitment test will be drafted gradually.

"Those do not automatically appointed, but must undergo test in advance," he expressed.

He stressed the recruitment scheme is the same with auxiliary teacher appointment that has been completed until this year.

"Honorary employees who have the best score and are old will be prioritized in the first period. The recruitment scheme to all employees in Jakarta will complete within three until five years ahead," he stated. 

If the act revision and government regulation on ASN is not discussed and set, the government already has another scheme, namely gubernatorial regulation.

"Its recruitment can be through gubernatorial regulation, considering the civil servant (PNS) who will be retired in three years ahead is about 11,500 people," he closed.
