City Developing E-Grant and Social Aid System

City Provincial Government developing grant and social aid electronic system (E-Hibah and Bansos). This system is made in order to monitor public institution or foundation in easier way.
One or two months later, system is ready to be lauched
City Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) Deputy Head, Michael Rolandi C. Brata, said his side is still developing E-Grant and Social Aid portal system.
"One or two months later, system is ready to be lauched," he said in management meeting (rapim) at City Hall, Monday (2/20).
Semanggi Interchange Project Is According to ScheduleHe explained with the system, his side can monitor institutions which have exceeded their limits to get grants. But, Regional Working Unit (SKPD) role is still needed to verify the data.
"After proposal is submitted, technical SKPD will observe it. After evaluation from the submitted proposal, then it can be recommended to BKPD," he added.
According to him, in real City Budget 2017, these e-Grant and Social Aid can not be implemented yet. But, it is targetted on next City Budget revision execution, several proposed grant and social aid can use this system.
"We tried in City Budget revision which is not accomodating and implementing through this e-Grant and Social Aid. Thus in APBD 2018 and afterwards, all stages can be used and implemented in our system," he continued.
City Governor, Basuki Tjahja Purnama, said in the future, requirements must be clear for grant and social aid recipients. Thus for institutions or foundation which accepted grant more than twice can no longer receive it.
"We have already experience at managing aids, making a clear rules, and priority shoud be specified," he closed.
