Floods on Jl. Karet Pasar Baru Barat 1 and residential area in RW 04-09, Karet Tengsin Urban Village, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, gradually receded.

Meanwhile, Karet Tengsin Urban Village Head, Ikhsan Kamil disclosed, during flood, PPSU personnel were sent to help residents, especially to evacuate toddler and elderly.
"We also coordinate with puskesmas to help those who need health care," he told.
Once the floods receded, PPSU was also sent to help clean the homes of residents.
"Water is quickly receding because of the continuous pumping. Hopefully, water in the West Flood Canal (KBB) can recede thus our village would not be flooded," he hoped.
