Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) is supporting the plan of Jakarta Water Resources Dept. that will rejuvenate stationer pumps in Jakarta.
"There are three factors in handling floods, namely river normalization, citizen participation and pump readiness," said Jhonny Simanjuntak, a member of Jakarta DPRD Commission D, Thursday (2/23).
