PNS School Guard will Serve as Administration Staff

Civil Servant (PNS) who now works as school guard will be served as administration staff. While school guard position will be recruited from local people with non-PNS status.

Recruitment will be done in 2018, because this year is already running

City Education Dept. Deputy Head, Bowo Irianto said the non-PNS school guard recruitment will be done next year.

" Recruitment will be done in 2018, because this year is already running . For now, still like before, information and training for PNS that will be moved to administration are given," he said, Monday (2/27).

City will Recruit Citizen as School Guards

He added the policy is as a follow up from management meeting with governor result. In the meeting decided that school guard is no longer from PNS because not relevant to the given works.

"Later on, school guard is no longer a PNS, but citizen who live around school with salary that is adjusted to City average minimum wage (UMP)," he closed.
