150 Joint Personnel Deployed to Control MRT Land

As many as 150 joint personnel deployed in a shopping center parking area on Jl. Fatmawati, Cilandak, South Jakarta, Tuesday (2/28). The deployment is related to plan for controlling 34 land lots that affected by Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) project.

We already gave the compensation

South Jakarta Mayor, Tri Kurniadi, said in the location there are several existing buildings such as billboard, canopy, fence, house wall, and the others. The compensation of those land has been given, thus it need to be controlled.

"Personnel are here to control 34 land lots that affected by MRT project. We already gave the compensation ," he said.

Those 34 land plots are spread into six urban villages in three sub-district. There are Gandaria Selatan, Cipete Selatan, Cilandak Barat, Pondok Pinang, Lebak Bulus, and Pulo Urban Village.

Besides 150 joint personnel from urban village and sub-district Satpol PP, there are also from Transportation Sub-dept., Bina Marga Sub-dept., TNI, and Police. They also deployed 5 excavators for this effort.
