The ranks of West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept controlled six vehicles, due to expired KIR. These vehicles consist of five units of public transport and one unit of goods transport.
Dedi Sumanto, Commander of Action Unit for West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept., expressed that the operation was conducted for the sake of the safety of passengers.
61 Vehicles in West Jakarta Netted"It's done to avoid unwanted things, like traffic accident," said Dedi, after the operation at Jl. Daan Mogot, Tuesday (2/28).
After being controlled, the officer brought them to a pool belongs to West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. in Rawa Buaya.
"Besides six vehicles, 20 other units are made in a dossier (BAP)," he closed.
