City Asked to Accelerate Two Raperda Revisions

Jakarta Provincial Government is asked to finish two draft bylaw (raperda) revisions thus can be discussed by City Council's Regional Regulation Forming Board (Bapemperda).

We will send letter thus two raperda revisions can immediately be handed over to be scheduled for joint discussion

Those two raperda are Pasar Jaya Regional General Company and Pasar Jaya Business Management and Development.

"We will send letter thus two raperda revisions can immediately be handed over to be scheduled for joint discussion," said Bestari Barus, Member of City Council's Bapemperda, Thursday (3/2).

He added the discussion of those two raperda is important. Considering of several traditional market land that will be renovated to be integrated areas.

"Law that arrange about management and development of PD Pasar Jaya is not exist yet until now," he added.

He expressed that two raperda drafts and academic scenario were handed to City Council's Consultative Board (Bamus) first. But the academic scenario was withdrawn by executive to be adjusted with new rules.

"We hope this raperda revision can be handed over immediately thus later can be discussed," he closed.
