Mbah Priok Tomb is officially become Jakarta's cultural heritage. It was noted through Governor Decree No. 438/2017 about Habib Hasan bin Muhammad Al Haddad or Mbah Priok tomb establishment as the protected location and as cultural heritage site.

"Mbah Priok tomb is inaugurated as protected cultural heritage site," said Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, City Governor, after signing the inscription stone of Mbah Priok tomb in Makam Mbah Priok, Koja, North Jakarta, Saturday (3/4).
Cultural Heritage Must Get Particular ConcernMbah Priok tomb area which have 3.4 hectares wide, now is in process of building design making.
He hoped Mbah Priok tomb area is more organized thus will attract people more.
