The proposal for the composition of expense charges on phase 2 is 49 percent of grant from the central government, and 51 percent of the local government loans in term of foreign loans. According to Article 18 paragraph 4 (3), Government Regulation No. 30/2011 on Local Loans, in its proposal, governor must attach the legislative's approval.

And similar letter is also sent to Home Affairs Ministry containing application for track cost considerations in question, and then to meet the administration of SOP," expressed Saefullah, when he coordinated with legislative, at City Council Building, Tuesday (3/7).
He went on the say that the city also has consulted with Bappenas and was requested to send a loan applicant letter from local government in form of foreign loans by 51 percent from Rp 31,686,160,000,000, that is Rp 16,157,864,000,000.
Such project is experiencing changes due to non-fulfillment of the depot land in Kampung Bandan. Thus the planned route from HI Roundabout-Kampung Bandan will be extended to East Ancol using land owned by PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol.
On that occasion, there were also PT MRT Director, William Sabandar and PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Director, Paul Tehusijarna.
