As many as 9,515 East Jakarta citizens have not recorded data for E-ID card from 2,103,803 compulsory E-ID in total. From socializing to proactive service was done thus citizens could record their data immediately.
Citizens who already have E-ID card are 1,970,407 people and those whose not have been print out yet are 133,396 citizens

There are several factors that caused many people still not recording yet. There are citizens that move out of town, or overseas, or died. There are also who have a class in college and have not had time to record data for E-ID.
