Due to Cipinang Flyover project, the U-turn in front of Cipinang Detention Center (Lapas), Jl. Bekasi Timur, East Jakarta is closed. It is purposed to minimize traffic congestion.

Next Week, U-Turn Under Kembangan JORR W1 ClosedIf the flyover operates, he stated, the road at Cipinang Jaya's railway crossings would be closed. All vehicles coming from Jl. Bekasi Timur Raya-Jl. Raya Bekasi or vice versa will be rerouted to the flyover.
As known, when U-turn is closed, vehicles coming from Jatinegara toward Jl. Cipinang Jaya Raya must use Kebon Singkong U-turn.
Then vehicles from Pondok Kopi or Jl. Cipinang Jaya Raya must use U-turn in front of Cipinang Narcotics Lapas.
