All government offices, hospitals, and Children-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces (RPTRA)s in Seribu Islands are asked to put Betawi ornaments.
This is one effort to preserving local culture
Seribu Islands Culture and Tourism Sub-dept. Head, Fadjar Hariwijaya, said Betawi ornaments installation is regulated in Jakarta Governor Regulation (Pergub) No. 11/2017 about Betawi Culture Icon.
