BPPBJ Wants Construction Division's PHL to Be Certified

Jakarta Procurement of Goods and Services Board (BPPBJ) hopes freelancer (PHL)s in construction division to be certified by National Agency for Professional Certification (BNSP). Thus their ability can be measured.

Jakarta BPPBJ Head, Blessmiyanda said, this competence test is needed thus Jakarta's PHL in construction division can be more qualified to become an expert to compete with foreign workers.

"I want the certification from National Agency for Professional Certification thus their capability can be measured. So, people who work in construction could be more skilled," he expressed, Friday (4/21).

He added, certification from BNSP also can increase PHL's prosperity.

"They could be paid more than Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) if they are already certified," he closed.
