11,337 Passengers Arrived in Kampung Rambutan Terminal

Tens thousand of passenger have arrived in Kampung Rambutan Inter City Inter Province (AKAP) Bus Terminal, East Jakarta, Monday (4/24). This is followed by the end day of long weekend.

From Sunday until Monday morning, the number of buses arrived has reached 584 buses. While its passengers reached 11,337 people

Hundreds of AKAP Buses which carrying hundreds of passengers keep arriving from various places of West and Central Java.

Kampung Rambutan AKAP Bus Terminal Head, Emiral August Dwinanto said, the number of arriving buses from Sunday to Monday morning has reached 584 vehicles. All of them carrying around 11,337 passengers.

Arriving buses are dominated by buses from West and Central Java areas. From West Java areas such as Tasikmalaya, Garut, Subang, Cirebon, and Banjar. And then, from West Java such as Tegal, Pekalongan, Purwokerto, and Wonosobo. 

"From Sunday until Monday morning, the number of buses arrived has reached 584 buses. While its passengers reached 11,337 people," he said.

Kurniasih (39), one of the passengers said, just arrived from Brebes. Because of traffic jam in Jakarta-Cikampek Toll and Pantura Lane, her bus was late to arrive.

"Previously, traffic jam happened in Pantura and Cikampek Toll," she closed.
