PHL will Be Certified to Have Higher Income

Jakarta Provincial Government plans to certify the freelancer (PHL). It is to make them having ability in one particular field in order to to increase of their income.

Those who are diligent will be recruited to the company of cement, paint, tile, to be trained

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama said his party would cooperate with various companies to conduct verification, like painting, making tile, cement, etc

"Those who are diligent will be recruited to the company of cement, paint, tile, to be trained. The longest training is about three days," he stated, Saturday (4/29).

The certificate is also to see the performance of the freelancer. If they have certificate, they will get higher income. It is in accordance with the procedures, they are paid in accordance with this year's provincial minimum wage (UMP) amounting to Rp 3.3 million. They can also find another job with higher income.

"It can be used for increasing the salary," he closed.
