City will Ensure Terminal and Vehicle for Homecoming Season

Jakarta Transportation Dept. (Dishub) will ensure vehicle and its driver feasible condition towards homecoming season (mudik) of Eid al Fitr 1438 H. They will also intensify illegal terminal controlling to ensure buses come from both main and additional terminals.

If main terminal can not accommodate, we will prepare additional terminal.

Jakarta Dishub Head, Andri Yansyah said, to ensure vehicle feasibility, his side holds checking ramp in three main terminals (Kalideres, Kampung Rambutan, and Pulogebang).

He added that checking ramp already running and will be continued until homecoming season is over.

"We will control shadow terminals thus homecoming flow is really come from main and additional terminals," he said after coordination meeting of transport preparation in Ministry of Maritime Coordinator, Tuesday (5/9).

He explained that in coordination meeting, City is focusing on terminal, driver, and vehicle preparations. 

"If main terminal can not accommodate, we will prepare additional terminal. We will ensure vehicle and driver are in feasible condition," he closed.
