January-April, Tambora PTSP Issued 3,392 Permits

Since January to April 2017, One Door Integrated Service (PTSP) of Tambora Sub-district, West Jakarta, issued 3,392 permits. The most permit issued was City Plan Provision (KRK) permit.

Most of the permit issued was KRK permits by 51 percent, SIUP/TDP 9 percent, and IMB 8 percent

Tambora Sub-district PTSP Unit Head, Jimmi Pardede said, generally in that period, citizen took care of KRK permits, business permits (SIUP/TDP), and building permits (IMB).

"From January to April, already 3,392 permits issued. Most of the permit issued was KRK permits by 51 percent, SIUP/TDP 9 percent, and IMB 8 percent," he said on Wednesday (5/10).

PTSP Service Indicators in C. Jakarta will Be Improved

He added there are 4 personnel deployed to serve public who wants to take care of permits. The service opened from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. and no time off because the personnel work alternately.

"For one day, there is around 120-150 visitors who want to take care of permits, consultation, and others. We targeted them to wait for maximum 5 minutes for each service," he closed.
