Acting Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat together with Regional Working Unit (SKPD) personnel served citizen complaints in City Hall terrace.
Service on Saturday and Sunday is closed due to Balai Kota Tourism
Based on Beritajakarta observation, citizen were served at different tables according to submitted complaints and SKPD who will handle the matters.
"So, this format is applied in order to accelerate citizen's problem handling," he said, Friday (5/12).
Acting Governor Remains Serve Public ComplaintsHe explained that citizen complaints receiving service is open on Monday to Friday, from 7.00 to 8.30 A.M.
"Service on Saturday and Sunday is closed due to Balai Kota Tourism," he stated.
He reminded again not replacing the SKPD personnel which on duty receiving citizen complaints.
"This is done to facilitate accountability on follow-up of the reports submitted," he closed.
