Pasar Minggu RSUD Issues 554 Birth Certificates

This service is free of charge and will open from Monday until Saturday

South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept. is opening jemput bola service for birth certificate at Pasar Minggu RSUD. Until January-May 15, 2017, hundreds of birth certificates have been issued.

Abdul Haris, Head of South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept. said the service has been integrated. And from the beginning of this year, 554 certificates have been issued for children born in Pasar Minggu RSUD.

Birth Certificate Ownership in E. Jakarta will Be Re-recorded

"This service is free of charge and will open from Monday until Saturday. For Pasar Minggu RSUD, we prepare one officer," he expressed, Monday (5/15).

To get the service, the parents only attach photo copy of family card, ID card, birth certificate, photo copy of marriage certificate, statement letter from RT/RW or photo copy of two witnesses' ID card.
