19 officers under Kembangan Sub-district Water Resources have transported 2,000 sacks of mud from Perum Meruya IIir Connecting Channel on Jalan Meruya IIir Indah, Meruya Utara, Kembangan, West Jakarta, Monday (5/15).

Kembangan Sub-district Water Resources Executing Unit Head, M Yusuf said dredging that held since last Friday is carried out at channel as long as 15 meters with 2 meters width and 160 centimeters height.
"Channel is strewn by mud up to 60 centimeters. Until now we have dredged 2,000 sacks of mud," he stated, Monday (5/15).
Mud Dredged From Jl. M.H. Thamrin Water ChannelIt is targeted to be complete within three days ahead.
"We do this to minimize inundation on Jalan Meruya IIir. Predictably, it will be complete on Thursday (5/18)," he uttered.
