West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. has set a permanent traffic engineering at the intersection of Cengkareng, West Jakarta since Wednesday (5/17).

"Based on the meeting results, traffic engineering at Cengkareng intersection is set permanently," said Anggiat Banjar Nahor, Head of West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept., Wednesday (5/17).
Nahor disclosed traffic congestion is compliance with what has been trialed. Hence, vehicles coming from Kalideres will be rerouted to Rawa Buaya or Kembangan. Then vehicles from Rawa Buaya or Kembangan toward Grogol or Kapuk must turn left and turn back to U-turn of Immigration Complex.
Road Users Welcoming Traffic Engineering at Cengkareng IntersectionAs for vehicles from Kapuk toward Rawa Buaya or Kembangan, will be rerouted to flyover, and can turn back to U-turn of Rawa Buaya if they go to Kalideres.
"Traffic diversion is the same. What distinguishes it is Rawa Buaya exit gate will be closed and big vehicles from Kapuk, will be rerouted to flyover. It will be activated at 6 AM-12 PM," he closed.
