Jakarta ASN Must Be More Innovative and Creative

City Secretary, Saefullah said the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) must be more innovative and creative, particularly those who are still young.

I hope, two years ahead, we would have the innovators from our government

He disclosed, Jakarta Provincial Government recently won six awards, the best Public Service Innovation from Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy Reform (Kemen PAN-RB).

"I am sure, there are civil servant candidates (CPNS) from several departments participating innovate and contribute for the achievement of the award. Considering, creativity and innovation belongs to everyone, especially young generation," he expressed, Monday (5/29).

City Government Focus to Realize Free-Corruption Territory

According to him, young generation could be a determinant of change by developing the potential inside them. Public service innovation can be done individually and in groups at work.

"They will innovate to make new public service, as they are still young and energetic, as well as able to make new innovation," he stated.

Through this innovation, he added, is a form of ASN's seriousness in serving people.

"I hope, two years ahead, we would have the innovators from our government," he hoped.
