Bad Performance PNS Easily Fired

Since now, all civil servant (PNS) must keep their good performance due to issuance of Law No. 5/2014 about National Civil Service (ASN). It is because, civil servants with bad performance will be fired with no respect refers to the Law.
Now, PNS could be fired immediately due to bad performance
Ali Murthado, Cakung Sub-district Head, ASN law is a new product and many PNS did not know the law. To let PNS know it, his side socializes the law to 362 PNS in Cakung gradually to make all PNS understand every article in the law.
"In bureaucracy reformation era, we met many changes. Moreover about ASN law. Now, PNS could be fired immediately due to bad performance," said Ali Murthado Saturday (11/22).
Employing CPNSs as Drivers, Urban Village Heads will Be SummonedASN law is signed by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on December 19, 2013 and passed on February 14, 2014. Even though the issuance of this law is pending, but it is already applied for civil servant.
"Please obey this law. We remain keep socializing this law," Murthado added.
He wished the civil servant can give their best performance related to this law enforcement. The ASN law comes to give better service for citizen, gain the servant's competency, and so on.
