BPAD Must Complete Asset Inventory Immediately

City Secretary, Saefullah instructs Jakarta Regional Asset Management Body (BPAD) to immediately complete the asset inventory. Moreover, e-Aset system has been applied.

"We already have e-Aset, all asset data variables will be recorded there. As we heard, Seribu Islands Education Sub-dept. is almost completing the asset inventory," he disclosed, Friday (6/2).

He asserted, the inventory of all assets belonging to Jakarta Provincial Government is targeted to be completed this year.

"Principally, we must not lose assets or changing hands. All must be clear," he expressed.

In the meantime, Jakarta BPAD Head, Achmad Firdaus stated his party has done some efforts to speed up the asset inventory.

"We form a team for recording and securing the asset. Aside that, the ownership signpost has also been fitted on the city's land assets," he stated. 

Related to this matter, he added, the city also has cooperated with Jakarta Prosecutors' Office (kejati) and Attorney General's Center for Asset Recovery.

"BPAD has been effectively run for five months. We'll complete the matter and overcome existing obstacles," he closed.
