152 E. Jakarta Regional Working Units Ready for Asset Inventory

East Jakarta Regional Asset Management Office (KPAD) is escorting 152 regional working units (SKPD/UKPD) in East Jakarta related with asset inventory.
Up to June 2016, all sub-district and urban village have completed the inventory
Riswan Sentosa, KPAD Head, said the inventory is aimed to make sure all asset are inventoried, or can be located easily.
Those regional working units are city secretary, 10 sub-district offices, 65 urban villages, 17 offices/boards/divisions, 21 sub-departments, 25 UPTs, three regional hospitals, and 10 sub-district puskesmas.
44 Hectares of Land in E. Jakarta Taken Over Again by City“Up to June 2016, all sub-district and urban village have completed the inventory. The data has been uploaded to Asset Information System (SIA),” he said, Monday (7/18).
The SIA is completed with land coordinate, building and land photos. Electronic barcode is also installed to ease the identification.
He added that sub-departments, offices, UPT, regional hospitals and puskesmas are still arranging the recon papers and working papers. It is hoped the arrangement can be completed in the end of September.
All process is based on Home Minister Decree No. 19/2014 about Regional Asset. All regional working unit head have right and responsibility to inventory the asset as well as keep and maintain it.
It is also based on Governor Instruction No. 187/2015 about regional asset accountability management.
