Residents living in Tidung Island Urban Village, South Seribu Islands are complaining ex-IPAL project site that has damaged the road in their neighborhood.
Seribu Islands Regency Council, Muammar Khadafi revealed, locals complain a damaged road due to IPAL project where manhole cover position is not neat and pipe hoarding that is not parallel to cause puddles at some points.
