August 2017, Draft Bylaw on Financial Rights And Administrative Ratified

The City Council's Draft Regulation Formation Board (Bapemperda) is targeting Draft Bylaw (Raperda) about Financial Rights and Administrative may be ratified by August 2017.

"Insya Allah (God Willing), we hope it could be finished and ratified," expressed Merry Hotma, Vice Chairman of City Council's Bapemperda, Monday (7/10).

June, Four Draft Bylaws Discussion Completed

Merry expressed, in the meeting along with the executive, her party has made an agreement that saying draft bylaw proposed on the initiative of the council.

"If the governor approves it, we will give explanation to all council members and governor via plenary meeting," he stated.

Afterwards, there will be plenary meeting for three consecutive days and continued with draft bylaw article discussion in an internal meeting of City Council's Bapemperda.

Deputy head of Jakarta Asset and Financial Management Body (BPKD), Michael Rolandi Cesnand Brata positively welcomes the proposed draft bylaw about Financial Rights and Administrative.

"This week, we'll compile the draft if it is needed," he uttered.
