City Continues to Collect SIPPT Receivables

Jakarta Provincial Government is about to collect account receivables arising from the issuance the land-use permits (SIPPT). Warning letter also has been sent to some developers to immediately pay their receivables.

We'll continue to collect. Almost every day we have to sign billing on the obligations of the developer

City Secretary, Saefullah admitted there are still many developers who are overdue receivables over its SIPPT.

Sekda Signed Agreement of Obligation Fulfillment with Three Companies

"We'll continue to collect. Almost every day we have to sign billing on the obligations of the developer," he expressed, at City Hall, Monday (7/10).

According to him, it occurs, because of the developers' commitment to give their obligations. Those who have not paid their receivables already get warning letter.

"We give them first, second until third warning. We also prepare sanction to them," he asserted.

He explains sanction prepared is non-issuance of Functional Certificate Function (SLF). Thus the building owner cannot use, either sell or rent the building to the people.

"If they do not pay, the permit won't be given. If they build the building, the SLF is not issued, they can not use and sell," he closed.
