Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat said, Mass Rapid Transportation (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) can be tested in August 2018.

Later on , MRT and LRT will be integrated

According to him, even after being tested, this transportation mode cannot be directly used and opened to public. "August next year, train can be used but it is only limited on trial," he said, Wednesday (7/12).

He explained, recently MRT project is still hampered by land acquisition on Jl. Haji Nawi which planned to be used as station. But this will not impact on MRT lane that has been constructed. "Later on , MRT and LRT will be integrated," he closed.
