Disparbud Prepares Strategy for TIM Revitalization Completion

Jakarta Tourism and Culture Dept. (Disparbud) will plan a strategy to accelerate Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) revitalization process.

Jakarta Tourism and Culture Dept. Head, Tinia Budiati said, her side will check revitalization execution documents to determine the next step.

"I will look at the document first to know how far the construction and its obstacle. After analyze it, we can determine the next step," she said, Friday (7/14).

TIM Revitalization Hoped to Complete This October

She affirmed that her side will move fast in order to complete TIM revitalization process since her side has owned the master plan.

"I hope TIM revitalization can revive the image of our culture and tourism," she expressed.

Previously, Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat hoped that TIM revitalization could be completed in October.

"This October, it could be inaugurated if possible. Thus it will refresh TIM ap pearance," he said after attended Halal Bihalal at Jakarta Institute of Arts (IKJ), Cikini, Central Jakarta, Thursday (7/13).
