Semanggi Interchanges inauguration that will be conducted in the near future by Jakarta Provincial Government receives positive responses from various sides.

One of them came from City Council Chairman, Prasetio Edi Marsudi who mentioned that Semanggi Interchanges will be the new icon of Jakarta.

"Not only unravel traffic jam, Semanggi Interchanges will also beautify City aesthetic," he said at City Council Building, Wednesday (7/26).

He informed, this interchanges will be equipped with artistic lightning which operated directly from Jakarta Smart City (JSC) command room.

"Those lightnings will show its own charm," he added.

According to him, there are four building structure in Semanggi Interchanges resemble to ear with deep meaning.

"Semanggi Interchanges was built since Bung Karno era for Asian Games in 1962. There are four ears that symbolize four directions, west, east, south, and north," he closed.
