Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah assigned land-use permits (SIPPT) obligation agreement with one of the developers in Seribu Islands.

City Continues to Collect SIPPT ReceivablesHe explained, RTH as wide as 5 hectares must be built in Lancang Island, Seribu Islands. While RO location is not set yet, but it must be built in densely populated island.
"It will be built in Seribu Islands immediately since they are the islands developer," he closed.
SIPPT obligation must be fulfilled by developer within maximum three years.
