RTH will Be Built in Seribu Islands Through SIPPT Obligation

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah assigned land-use permits (SIPPT) obligation agreement with one of the developers in Seribu Islands.

We assign SIPPT in form of obligation to build green space and RO in Seribu Islands

From this SIPPT obligation agreement, developer must build green space (RTH) and Reverse Osmosis (RO).

"We assign SIPPT in form of obligation to build green space and RO in Seribu Islands. It is really the obligation from SIPPT," he said at City Hall, Wednesday (7/26).

City Continues to Collect SIPPT Receivables

He explained, RTH as wide as 5 hectares must be built in Lancang Island, Seribu Islands. While RO location is not set yet, but it must be built in densely populated island.

"It will be built in Seribu Islands immediately since they are the islands developer," he closed.

SIPPT obligation must be fulfilled by developer within maximum three years.
