Acceleration of ATP Physical Development Needs Governor Decree

The payment of dozens of lands and buildings affected by Priok Toll Access (ATP) in Koja and Kalibaru Urban Village has been consigned to the court. However, the building controlling and the construction process are still waiting for the Governor Decree to accelerate the physical development.

There are 44 land parcels of 39 owners in Koja Urban Village region, while there are 11 land parcels of 11 owners in Kalibaru Urban Village, Clincing. In both areas, there are 55 land parcels with a total area of more than 4,000 meters.
North Jakarta Secretary, Junaedi, said that since last April, his party has sent a letter to provincial level on Governor Decree to accelerate the physical development. Based on Regulation of the National Land Agency No 3/2007 under Article 67 that to control buildings and lands affected by public facility construction need to be strengthened by Governor Decree.

Junaedi admitted that his party has sent announcement letters, Tuesday (6/10) and given to two building owners in Koja. Those letters is given since the building owners have received building replacement since last Tuesday (4/15), but they have not dismantled their buildings.
"In accordance with Housing Dept, it should be paid with non-settlement category. As supposed to be, 14 days after being paid, they should dismantle their own building, yet they have not done it,” told Junaidi.
Meanwhile the lands and buildings in Kalibaru, 6 of 11 land parcels have been agreed about the payment. They are Sri Wasiati with a land area of 48 meter, Sumaryam with a land area of 149 meter, Hj Maksum with a land area of 367 meter, Chaerul with a land area of 370 meter, Marjani with a land area of 180 meter, and Laami with a land area of 254 meter.
"The price paid is match with P2T appraisal offer Rp 1,9 million per meter. Hey and other owner who change their mind can get their money in the court directly,” Junaidi completed.
