10 Dishub Personnel Deployed During Traffic Engineering in Pancoran

Jakarta Transportation Dept. (Dishub) deploys 10 personnel during traffic engineering trial in Pancoran intersections in order to unravel traffic jam.

Traffic engineering will be trialled starting today to one week ahead and will be evaluated for its continuation.

Jakarta Dishub Deputy Head, Sigit Wijatmoko said, 10 personnel will stand by on the location to help road users during the trial.

Traffic Engineering in Kuningan Crossroads Start to be Applied

"Traffic engineering will be run in Pancoran intersections, but it is still trialled. We deploy 10 personnel and VMS car," he said, Friday (8/4).

He explained, this traffic engineering will control vehicles from west to east side. Vehicles from Jl. Gatot Subroto will be diverted to flyover. From Pancoran Toll off ramp, all vehicles turn left into Jl. Supomo and make U-turn then turn left again at the crossroad to go ahead to Cawang.

Besides, for vehicles coming from west to south will be directed from Jl. Gatot Subroto to flyover and make a U-turn at Cawang Kompor towards Pancoran intersection.

For vehicle from Pancoran toll off ramp, vehicles should turn left to Jl. Supomo then make U-turn and turn left at Pancoran intersection into Cawang Kompor towards Pancoran intersection.

Meanwhile, east-west turn point under Pancoran flyover is closed, except for vehicles come from Pancoran toll off ramp.

"This trial only applies at 6-9 A.M. Excluded on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. I t will be evaluated again," he closed.
