City Bappeda Monitored W. Jakarta Administration Activities

Jakarta Development Plan Agency (Bappeda) team monitored and controlled West Jakarta Administration on Friday (8/4).

We will monitor again in November

This was done to evaluate and control activities from West Jakarta governance and general affairs divisions in Budget Year 2017.

"Our team is directly monitoring West Jakarta Administration office's facilities and infrastructures," said Dany Sumirat Kurniawan, Head of Jakarta Bappeda's Governance Division.

He explained, there were two budgeted activities of general affairs division in 2017. There were air conditioner and elevator maintenance at West Jakarta Administration office.

"Air conditioner and elevator maintenance are running as planned. The person who responsible towards maintenance is also present when our monitoring team is on the field," he said.

Meanwhile, governance division activity that has been budgeted in 2017 was five urban village offices renovation, consist of Taman Sari, Pinangsia, Glodok, Tangki, and Duri Utara.

"Assets deletion in Glodok, Taman Sari, and Tangki Urban Village Office have been completed. While in Pinangsia and Duri Utara will be completed in several days ahead," he mentioned.

He is optimistic the five urban village offices renovation will be completed as schedule.

"We will monitor again in November. We want to see the renovation progress," he closed.
