City Refining This Year's Value of APBD-P

Jakarta Provincial Government is still being busy refining the 2017 Revised City Budget (APBD-P). It is about budget of two regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) and one regional working unit (SKPD).  

This is what we ask directly to SKPD, whether it can be absorbed or not, if not, why is it budgeted

City Secretary, Saefullah disclosed it is conducted, as there are still a budget differences in APBD-P between budget availability and proposal from SKPD. The amount of the budget difference is about Rp 480 billion.

APBD-P 2017 Discussion is Not Finalized Yet

"This is what we ask directly to SKPD, whether it can be absorbed or not, if not, why is it budgeted," he said, at City Hall, Monday (7/24).

There are two BUMDs discussed, namely PT Transjakarta and PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro). While for SKPD budget, the city focuses on Jakarta Industry and Energy Dept.

According to him, budget sweeping will be re-continued on Tuesday (7/25) along with several SKPDs. Among them are Public Housing and Residential Dept., Bina Marga Dept., Water Resources Dept., Health Dept., Education Dept., etc.

Especially for Public Housing and Residential Dept., he wanted to make sure the flat tower development not to delay anymore from the target as in 2016 ago that caused regional debt.

Then for Health Dept., BPJS budget will be re-evaluated. Similar thing will also be done on Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) budget at Education Dept.

"This is the need of the proposal that has been minimized. There was previously a difference of Rp 4 trillion and then minimized further through discussion at the level of Assistant and Bappeda," he said.

By doing so, it is hoped this year's budget absorption could be more optimal.

"If the planning is bad, it will have an impact on the average absorption of the city. That's why we want to do it tightly," he closed.
