The project of Phase A National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD) Phase A in Kalibaru Urban Village, Cilincing, North Jakarta will be completed with a polder.

"We need a land about 5.2 hectares," he told.
He added around 1.92 hectares must be acquired. Hence, through the local sub-district head, socialization and inventory will be done.
"For land acquisition, its budget lies in Water Resources Dept.," he closed.
