Djarot Wants Lapangan Banteng Revitalization to Finish in October

Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat wants sport facility and children playground revitalization at Lapangan Banteng to finish in one month. Thus in October people can enjoy the facilities.

After it finished, park and sport facility will be equipped with luminous lighting at night

According to him, Lapangan Banteng is one of three Jakarta Landmarks besides Monumen Nasional (Monas) and Bundaran Hotel Indonesia (HI).

"Besides soccer field and park, Lapangan Banteng is also installed with West Irian Liberation Statue," he said after signing cooperation with private company regarding sport facility and children playground construction, Thursday (8/10).

Lapangan Banteng Revitalization of Segment 2 will Be Started

He explained, recently his side is revitalizing park side. He hopes sport facility and park can be inaugurated together in October.

"After it finished, park and sport facility will be equipped with luminous lighting at night. With this, people can use the facilities for 24 hours," he closed.
