She assessed, it is not enough to build citizen mentality just by installing ban signs. Otherwise, discipline action must be intensified for every sidewalk violator.

Similar thing also was expressed by another Commission B Member, Syarifuddin. According to him, Sidewalk Awareness Month held by Satpol PP and SKPDs is effectively enough to return sidewalk function.
"Thus we support it to be held permanently," he closed.
