City Obtained Two Awards from Top 40 Public Service Innovation Award

Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat received Top 40 Public Service Innovation Award 2017 from Minister of Human Development Coordinator and Culture Republic Indonesia (PMK), Puan Maharani, in Mental Revolution Work Week (PKN) at Manahan Stadion, Solo, Central Java, Friday (8/25) night.

There are two Jakarta innovations which included as the Top 40 Public Service Innovation

There are two innovation programs developed by Jakarta Provincial Governments that included in Top 40 Public Service Innovation Award 2017.

Those two innovation programs are Pena Berkarib (petabencana.id) Together Reduce Disaster Risk from Jakarta Disaster Management Agency and Pasar Rebo Puskesmas's Wound Care and Diabetes Wound Treatment from Jakarta Health Dept.

City Secretary Optimistic 6 Public Service Innovations to Reach Top 40

"There are two Jakarta innovations which included as the Top 40 Public Service Innovation. About health and disaster," said Djarot at City Hall, Saturday (8/26).

He wants those innovations can be followed by other institutions. Especially in health sector, like Pasar Rebo Puskesmas.

"I want innovation in Top 40 can be followed by others. Such as Pasar Rebo Puskesmas' diabetes wound treatment innovation program to be followed by other puskesmas," he added.

Through this innovation, diabetic patients are taught a healthy lifestyle to prevent wounds to be amputated.

Meanwhile, petabencana.id service is an application that can track flood locations in Jakarta. People can actively participate through twitter as one of social medias that connected with the application.
