The discussion materials include, input the necessary forms of supervision; knowledge management; Education and Training SOP; e-Learning and e-Bimtek; Optimization of Post-Tubel and Training; as well as the development of competence and certification with the career path of the executor.
PD. Pasar Jaya's Pusdiklat InauguratedAssistant for City Secretary Government, Bambang Sugiyono said, the meeting has an important meaning. It is because the competence and certification of employees is a benchmark of professionalism in governance, namely development, public service, and community empowerment.
"It is one of the steps to prepare a qualified personnel apparatus," he expressed, after opening the coordination meeting at Technical Dept. Building, Jalan Abdul Muis, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (8/29).
Bambang advised, trainees should be able to follow up the results of this coordination meeting in each SKPD and UKPD.
"ASN is not only demanded to be expert and smart, but must be responsible to serve the people," he explained.
Meanwhile, Jakarta BPSDM Head, Budihastuti expressed, BPSDM becomes SKPD that has the task of developing the competence of employees to support government affairs.
"We will continue to monitor and help them develop their competence. If the human resource is competent, we hope the development to run smoothly," he closed.
