Tax Revenue Realization in Kembangan Has Reached Rp 389 B

Until August 25, 2017, realization of eight taxes in Kembangan Sub-district Taxation Service and Retribution Unit (UPPRD), West Jakarta, has reached Rp 389.97 billion or around 65.58 percent from total target Rp 594.69 billion.

Eight taxes revenue target in third quarter of 2017 is Rp 446.02 billion

Kembangan Sub-district UPPRD Head, Posman Sitorus said, his side keeps trying to reach eight taxes revenue target in third quarter of 2017.

"Eight taxes revenue target in third quarter of 2017 is Rp 446.02 billion. While revenue realization until August 25 just reached Rp 389.97 billion," he said, Tuesday (8/29).

PBB-P2 Realization in Kebayoran Baru Reaches Rp 1.5 Billion

He explained, eight taxes revenue target until the end of 2017 is Rp 2.24 billion for hotel, Ro 11.78 billion for restaurant, Rp 14.35 billion for entertainment, Rp 8.19 billion for parking tax, Rp 23.88 billion for billboard tax, Rp 1.49 billion for land and water taxes, Rp 168.26 billion tax on acquisition of land and building rights (BPHTB), and Rp 264.47 billion for urban and rural land and building tax (PBB-P2).

Meanwhile, the revenue realization of eight taxes until August 25 in detail are Rp 1.34 billion for hotel, Rp 75.83 billion for restaurant, Rp 14.73 billion for entertainment, Rp 6.20 billion for parking tax, Rp 15.18 billion for billboard tax, Rp 1.25 billion for land and water taxes, Rp 89.3 billion for BPHTB, and Rp 186.1 billion for PBB-P2.

He added, his side is routinely hold proactive service and tax orderly week in six urban villages in Kembangan Sub-district to increase more revenue on PBB-P2.

"This is done to facilitate people who want to pay PBB-P2 thus they doesn't need to go to UPPRD office," he closed.
