Utility Excavation Permits on Sidewalks Tightened

Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat revealed, will not grant utility excavation permits at the sidewalks that have been equipped ducting. In addition to aesthetic problems, repeated excavations also cause damage to the sidewalk.

To avoid it, his party has asked related unit to send officers to the locations that will also be enabled to coordinate with utility vendors utilizing ducting.
