Today, Damaged Sheet Pile at Lembang Lake Repaired

After passing through dredging, Central Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept. continues to repair a damaged sheet pile of Lembang Lake, Menteng. It is targeted to be finished within one month.

Central Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept. Head, Dicky Suherlan disclosed, the damaged sheet pile is a consequence of dredging Situ Lembang. Because for dredging, his party must open a track for access of heavy equipment to the lake area.

"We do it using heavy equipment. Unluckily the track passed by the equipment is damaged, so we have to fix it," he expressed, Thursday (8/31).

He assessed the damage is about 25 meters width and 2 meters height. Hence, after the equipment is used, we use it for repairing the sheet pile.

"We have one month to fix the track of heavy equipment and sheet pile. We plan to start repairing today," he closed.
