City Budget (APBD) absorption until third quarter of 2017 has reached Rp 24.6 trillion or 38 percent from total expenditure both direct and non-direct.

I am sure, City Budget absorption this year can reach more than 85 percent

Jakarta Development Planning Board (Bappeda) Head, Tuty Kusumawati explained, Rp 10.6 trillion is absorbed for direct expenditure budget from total budget allocation Rp 35.5 trillion. While Rp 14 trillion is absorbed for non-direct expenditure from allocation value Rp 28 trillion.

"Budget absorption in third quarter 2017 is almost the same with last year in same periods," she said, Tuesday (9/5).

According to her, this budget absorption is still normal. Because usually in two months before the end of the year, it will increase significantly.

She explained, this year's City Budget is Rp 70.19 trillion with allocation for BUMD's Regional Capital Investment (PMD) Rp 6.69 trillion.

"I am sure, City Budget absorption this year can reach more than 85 percent. While last year's absorption was 84 percent," she closed.
