City Budget Absorption is Rp 40 T

Until the third week of December 2014, the city budget absorption has reached Rp 40 trillion out of Rp 72.9 trillion total budget. That number will continue to rise until December 31 because there are some activities still in the payment process.

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah said, the absorption of the budget will continue to rise every hour. Because the billing from the third parties is still processed. "Rp 40 trillion is absorbed until four days ago. But we'll see until December 31, because there's still unpaid activities," said Saefullah at City Hall, Tuesday (12/30).
Saefullah added, his side continues to coordinate with Jakarta City Council, related to the missed target of revenue. This year, the city budget deficit is Rp 12 trillion although the Rp 72.9 trillion of budget amendment has been approved.
BPKD Optimistic the 2015 APBD Ratified Soon"This is our lesson to propose better and more accurate budget to the city council. It is hoped we'll achieve better revenue next year," he added.
He estimated the total budget in 2015 could reach Rp 77 trillion. The high number of the budget is due to addition of non-disbursed fund (Silpa) in 2014 by Rp 14 trillion. But that number is also not final, because it is still under discussion by the council.
