Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Area Dept. (DPRKP) ensures Semper Barat Flat in Cilincing, North Jakarta, is already complete and ready to be occupied this year.

"This year, Semper Barat Flat will be functioned to accommodate relocated people," said Agustino Darmawan, Head of Jakarta DPRKP, Wednesday (9/6).
He explained, Semper Barat Flat which constructed since 2016 has 16 floors with total 235 units. Other facilities such as elevator, park, badminton court, mushola, and others are also completed.

According to him, this flat will be reserved for people that will be relocated from City riverbanks and rivers.
"As planned, the second and third floor will be used for market. Second floor for wet market and third floor for dry market," he closed.
