People Can Monitor Report in Qlue Directly

The complaints submitted by residents to Jakarta Smart City (JSC) via qlue application are followed up gradually.

Wait is the status when new submitted reports go to urban village data and wait to be acted upon

Residents can directly monitor complaints that have been reported.

1,296 Reports were Addressed to S. Jakarta Sudinhub via Qlue

Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Statistic Dept. Head, Dian Ekowati said, there are three statuses that become indicators of resident's reports in qlue. Each status is marked in red or wait, yellow or report still being processed, green or completed.

"Wait is the status when new submitted reports go to urban village data and wait to be acted upon," she expressed, at City Hall, Thursday (9/7).

According to her, some reports that have been followed up and show green indicator may return to red or wait. That is because there are other qlue users who feel the Follow-Up (TL) of the officers did not match their expectations

"Some reports with wait status on qlue has actually been followed up by the urban village. But it could be other qlue users report return due to unsatisfied," he told. 

Currently his dept. is developing Citizen Relation Management (CRM) application. The application is useful to coordinate among regional working units (SKPD) related to people complaints.

"Reports that are not the authority of the urban village can be coordinated via CRM," he closed.
